How do I redeem vouchers?

Once a gift voucher is purchased, you’re shown a unique code. You’ll also be emailed the code for safekeeping.

In-store: Simply show the voucher code when paying for your items.

Online: You will need to send the voucher to us to be redeemed manually. Our payment gateway doesn’t currently support using a gift voucher. The easiest would be to select manual payment and then contact the store either via email or any of the buttons at the bottom of this page.

What if I don’t use the whole voucher?

If the voucher amount exceeds the checkout amount, the gift voucher will carry the balance.

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

3 years from the date of purchase.
